The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:
Room 1 - standard double bed and private veranda with table and armchairs
Room 2 - standard double bed and private veranda with table and armchairs with direct access to the pool.
Room 3 - king size double bed with direct access to the pool.
Single beds room with window – one single bed and one bunk bed.

The villa is suitable for up to nine guests in its four bedrooms. The very bright living area consists of two adjacent rooms: a custom-made kitchen, a dining room and a cozy living room with a large window overlooking the garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants, the lawn, and the large swimming pool. A practical utility room for laundry use is at guests’ disposal.

The harmony of this charming relaxing location is enhanced by the 36 square meters swimming pool and its well-equipped solarium, which offer a sense of peace and privacy. Facing the pool, a modern bioclimatic pergola of 24 square meters powered by a remote control and equipped with a dining table and relaxing sofas allows the guests for maximum comfort. Between the pool and the pergola, a garden lies surrounded by scented Mediterranean plants.
